一、个人简介

胡晓珂,女,1977年生,汉族,中国科学院烟台海岸带研究所研究员,博士生导师。20047月毕业于中国海洋大学。200410-201111月分别在美国Jackson State UniversityLouisiana State University进行博士后研究。201111月,作为“海外优秀人才”引进到中国科学院烟台海岸带研究所,获得“引进国外杰出人才计划(A类)”(“百人计划A类)资助,就职于中国科学院烟台海岸带研究所海岸带生物学与生物资源利用重点实验室,任资源室副主任,“海洋环境微生物与生物技术”研究组首席科学家。

近年来承担国家自然科学基金面上项目国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)中国科学院战略先导科技专项(A类)子课题中科院百人计划烟台市科技发展重大项目等多个项目。迄今已经在 Chemosphere (影响因子3.4)、Bioresource Technology (影响因子4.8)、FEMS Microbiology Ecology (影响因子3.568Nature Nanotechnology上(影响因子27.3)等国内外知名学术期刊发表论文60余篇。此外参编英文专著4部,作为特邀专家为多家SCI刊物审稿。

二、工作学习简历

·2011-11 至今:中国科学院烟台海岸带研究所,研究员,博士生导师,中科院“百人计划”入选者;

·2006-102011-11:美国杰克逊州立大学客座教授(Adjunct Faculty),教授研究生课程,学位论文评定;

·2008-032011-11:美国路易斯安娜州立大学化学系,博士后生物毒理研究;

·2004-102008-03:美国杰克逊州立大学,生物系,博士后,环境微生物修复、白腐霉漆酶(laccase)固定化及修复中间产物的分析和毒理研究

·1999-092004-07:中国海洋大学,水产品加工与贮藏,博士学位;

·1995-091999-06:青岛海洋大学,药物化学,学士学位。

研究领域:芳香族化合物和石油烃污染物降解研究,海洋微生物生态学研究。

2004年,褐藻胶裂合酶工程化研究获得山东省科学技术二等奖(第四位);

2005年,褐藻胶低聚糖的酶解制备与应用获得国家海洋创新成果二等奖(第四位);

2013年,入选烟台市第三批“双百计划”高端创新人才(第二层次);

2016年,获得烟台市自然科学三等奖(第一位)。
